Location: Quezon City
Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Cost Accounting Supervisor to oversee project-related accounting activities, monitor project expenditures, and ensure accurate cost allocation, budget tracking, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with project teams and management to maintain effective cost control and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project costs, expenses, and budget utilization.
• Ensure accurate allocation and recording of project-related expenditures.
• Prepare project cost reports, reconciliations, and budget variance analyses.
• Review accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding billing, expenses, and financial requirements.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project accounting, cost accounting, or general accounting.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or project-based organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project cost monitoring, expense allocation, budget variance analysis, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
