PROJECT COST CONTROL (PCC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Cost Control professional to join our construction team for our project in Timor Leste. If you have a passion for cost management and project performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
2. Track actual project costs against the approved budget.
3. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
4. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports for management.
6. Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget updates.
7. Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project financial policies.
