Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller to join our team and drive financial oversight across project lifecycles. Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Monitor ongoing project expenses, tracking costs against budgets using advanced accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Conduct regular audits of project financials to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost analysis, variance reports, and budget forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and adherence to company policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in project cost control or financial management within a corporate finance environment.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks experience with other accounting tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices, account analysis, payroll processing, and auditing procedures.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial services related to large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in account analysis and financial reporting.
• Prior experience working with accounting software tailored for project management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $45,746.67-$65,872.94 per year
