Project - Costing & Estimation

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates for turnkey interior fit-out, civil and MEP projects.
• Study tender documents, architectural drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare item-wise rate analysis covering material, labour, machinery, subcontracting, wastage and overhead costs.
• Develop competitive and accurate project budgets with targeted profit margins.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.
• Maintain updated market rates for materials, labour and subcontractor services.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants for tender clarifications.
• Prepare tender comparison sheets and final costing summaries for management approval.
• Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors, subcontractors and market rates.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and project review meetings.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 4 years (Preferred)
