Project Crew – Event & Production

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible and hands-on Project Crew member to join our event team. You will assist with event setup, dismantling, installation, logistics and on-site operations for various projects, including corporate events, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, promotional events, backdrops and exhibition booths.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, installation and dismantling.
• Assemble and arrange backdrops, display panels, booths, signage, furniture and event materials.
• Ensure all event setups are completed according to the project requirements and schedule.
• Pack, dismantle and return equipment after events.
• Assist with loading and unloading event materials, tools and equipment.
• Prepare and check materials before each project.
• Maintain proper storage and organisation of tools, equipment and warehouse items.
• Assist with stock checking and reporting damaged or missing items.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Coordinator and other crew members.
• Provide hands-on support during event setup, operation and dismantling.

About you

• Hardworking, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work and lifting equipment within safe working limits.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willing to work at different event locations.
• Able to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends and public holidays when required, subject to applicable employment terms and statutory entitlements.
• Previous experience in event production, installation, construction, warehouse or technical work is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.
