Project Data Administrator

Thoth AI is a global AI data solutions company with R&D operations, working with AI teams to support the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems. Currently, we're looking for a Project Data Administrator to help collect and maintain project-related data.

Location: South Jakarta

Arrangement: Mon-Fri, fully onsite

Type: Contract (3 months), with possibility of renewal

Job descriptions:

1. Organize and perform regular quality checks on project data, cross-checking real-time data to identify and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
2. Maintain project documents to ensure proper naming conventions, version control, and easy accessibility
3. Assist with daily execution, gather and verify project info across teams, and handle ad hoc administrative or reporting tasks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) in a relevant field
2. Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role
3. Proficient in English
4. Proactive and meticulous
5. Can join immediately
