What they need

We're looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our growing office team and take ownership of the delivery of each confirmed project after sales handover, from order validation and production release through installation, invoicing and after-sales support. Initially, this is a broad, hands-on coordination role covering customer communication, order validation, installation scheduling, service work and invoicing. As Titan continues to grow, this role is designed to grow with it, developing into a more specialised position with genuine leadership and management responsibility.

Job Description

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, technically minded and comfortable managing many jobs at different stages at once. You'll be the link between our customers, sales consultants, production and installation teams, electricians and other trades, making sure every job is accurate, commercially sound and installed on time.

You'll work closely with the owner of the business, with strong support and guidance to succeed in the role. You'll also help shape how we use our CRM to streamline and automate how jobs move through the business.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Ravenhall office, with occasional site visits. A current driver's licence is required.

What the role involves

Core responsibilities: delivery coordination

  • Validating each confirmed order after sales handover, including measurements, site plans, photos, product, colour, motors, controls and electrical requirements, before release to production
  • Managing check measures, variations and contract changes, including scaffold and access requirements and customer approvals
  • Coordinating installations with production and installation teams, electricians and other trades
  • Managing jobs on hold through to installation or cancellation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers after sale, including progress updates, care information and post-install follow-up
  • Managing service, warranty and rectification work, including quoting chargeable service calls

Supporting responsibilities

  • Raising final, balance and service invoices in Xero and following up outstanding balances
  • Checking contractor invoices against job records
  • Collecting contractor compliance documentation (SWMS, insurances, WorkCover) for commercial and community projects
  • Keeping job records, notes and status accurate in our CRM, and helping improve how we use it
  • Feeding back recurring issues to sales and installation teams to improve processes and the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Practically minded, with the ability to quickly learn our products, installation methods and site requirements, including challenges such as heights, roof access, scaffolding and electrical work
  • Process driven, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence reading plans, photos, measurements and technical specifications
  • Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and customer expectations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and firmly
  • Current driver's licence

Why you'll love working with us

  • Opportunity to take ownership of, and grow into, a critical role within a growing business
  • Direct access to, and collaboration with, the owner/director
  • Performance based bonus structure
  • Supportive, practical and down-to-earth working environment
  • Modern office in our new Ravenhall location
  • Long-term opportunity, with significant growth, for the right person

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and take ownership of the customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
