Project Delivery Engineer

Assist the project manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination, with a focus on document management, engineering documentation, and project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination
• Prepare, organize, submit, update, and archive project documents
• Assist in preparing and following up on engineering documents such as MOS, RA, PTW, RFI, TQ, FSR, and T&C Records
• Follow up on client and consultant review comments on documents, coordinate internal revisions, and close out issues
• Maintain the project Document Tracker, Action Tracker, and project progress records
• Assist in organizing documents related to equipment installation, commissioning, Punch List, and project handover
• Prepare project meeting materials, progress reports, and client-required documents
• Participate in on-site delivery, inspection, and coordination tasks as required by the project

About you

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering-related field
• Basic engineering knowledge and understanding of project processes and technical documents
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software
• Experience in data centers, electromechanical systems, HVAC, construction, or engineering projects is preferred
• Familiarity with MOS, RA, PTW, RFI, and other engineering documents is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong document management and multitasking abilities
