Project Delivery Intern

About the Role:

Are you a student looking to gain real-world experience in documentation, content development, and business operations?

We’re looking for an intern who will work closely with our team on ISO 9001 documentation and training content development—giving you hands-on experience in creating and organizing materials that support a training and consulting company.

What You’ll Work On:

1. ISO 9001 Documentation Support - Help prepare, organize, and format documentation for our ISO 9001 accreditation. You’ll work directly with our internal team in preparing materials ahead of submission to the ISO consulting team.

2. Content Development - Assist in developing content and learning materials that support our training and learning & development initiatives.

3. Research Support - Conduct research to support content development, stakeholder needs, and other projects as needed.

4. File Organization - Help maintain organized files across Google Drive and shared folders as part of your day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree inIndustrial Engineering, Business Administration (Operations Management), Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written English, as you’ll be producing documents that others will read and use
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Able to follow templates, formatting requirements, and style guides accurately
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once given direction
• Prior exposure to documentation, technical writing, or content formatting is a plus, but not required

Internship Details

• Duration: 2–3 months or more, depending on your school/program requirements
