Role Summary:

Project Delivery Manager (PDM) roles from Executive to Assistant Manager. Coordinate client engagement delivery across all QRC service lines Compliance, Security Testing and SOC. Ensure every engagement is tracked, documented and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and report on the progress of project deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Support in the allocation and management of resources, ensuring they are available as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain the project calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring alignment of team availability with project requirements.
• Ensure project updates are accurately shared at regular intervals with clients through Assist.
• Track and report any deviations in the project schedule and collaborate with senior PDM to get them resolved.
• Coordinate and support all QRC Client engagements across all service lines.
• Cyber Security background is preferable.

Technical and Functional Competencies:

• Project management tools Jira, Monday.com, Asana or equivalent
• Microsoft Office advanced trackers, MOM templates, dashboards
• Understanding of audit and security testing delivery lifecycle
• Clear written communication professional emails and concise MOMs

Behavioural Competencies:

• Follow-through closes every open item tracked to completion
• Team player - support delivery functions without friction

• BBA / B.Com / B.E. or equivalent
