We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee IT project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects successfully.
- Track project progress, budget, and risks; report updates to stakeholders.
- Lead Scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project documentation and Close-Out Reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT project or delivery management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
