About the Role

This is a people leadership role with responsibility for delivering the FoodBowl portfolio of customer projects. You will support customers in their ambitions to pilot and scale new products or optimise their processes. You will be leading a high-performing team of project engineers and technicians and also have your own customer projects on the go. Success will be measured by team engagement, customer satisfaction, resource utilisation, and project outcomes.

Leadership, Coaching and Team Development

· Lead, coach, and develop a team.

· Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

· Ensure effective prioritisation and resource allocation across projects and portfolio.

Customer Project Delivery

· Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and manage risks.

· Find solutions to sometimes challenging problems.

· ‘Boots on the ground’ in the plant to deliver own projects from initiation through completion.

· Implement consistent project delivery processes and reporting.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

· Act as primary relationship manager for project customers.

· Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.

· Provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

· Proven experience leading, coaching and building high-performing teams and developing technical or operational teams.

· Hands on, practical, technical expert with at least five years of food and beverage project delivery experience.

· Strong commercial acumen and customer management experience.
