Project Delivery Manager (Web and Mobile Apps)

We are seeking a senior delivery leader who will operate in a dual role:

• Strategic owner of the PMO function, and
• Hands-on leader for critical delivery programs, particularly in mobile and digital application development.

This role blends enterprise PMO leadership with direct delivery accountability, ensuring that governance, standards, and frameworks are not only defined—but actively used to drive predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to ensure execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. PMO Leadership & Governance (Strategic Responsibility)

• Establish, mature, and lead the Project Management Office with a strong focus on mobile and digital delivery.
• Define and implement standardized delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs.
• The position involve managing entire project management and development team
• Align project and program execution with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
• Ensure consistent adoption of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies across all delivery teams.
• Build PMO capabilities including tooling, templates, reporting standards, and best practices.

2. Program & Delivery Ownership (Hands-on Responsibility)

• Take direct ownership of key client programs and high-impact projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications.
• Ensure accurate planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution.
• Actively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Intervene where required to unblock teams and stabilize deliveries.

3. Portfolio & Resource Management

• Own portfolio-level planning while actively managing delivery priorities.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• Balance utilization, cost efficiency, and delivery quality.
• Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to scale delivery operations.

4. Performance, Reporting & Analytics

• Define and track delivery KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, productivity, margin).
• Implement data-driven performance dashboards using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide executive-level visibility into portfolio health, risks, and forecasts.
• Use insights to drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability and efficiency.

5. Stakeholder & Client Leadership

• Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal teams.
• Lead executive-level client communications, governance forums, and steering committees.
• Manage client expectations with transparency, discipline, and confidence.
• Build long-term client trust through consistent delivery excellence.

6. Risk, Quality & Compliance

• Establish and enforce risk management practices tailored to mobile application development.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
• Drive quality assurance discipline across the delivery lifecycle.
• Proactively identify delivery threats and implement corrective actions.

7. Continuous Improvement & Capability Building

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery ownership.
• Introduce modern delivery tools, automation, and reporting mechanisms.
• Capture and institutionalize lessons learned across the PMO and delivery teams.
• Coach project managers and delivery leads to elevate overall maturity.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Experience

• 8–12+ years in project, program, or delivery management roles
• 4–6+ years in PMO leadership, senior delivery, or program ownership roles
• Proven experience delivering mobile and digital applications at scale

Preferred Credentials

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications
• Experience with enterprise or multi-client delivery environments
• Exposure to digital transformation or scale-up delivery models
