As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Hanshow Technology’s expansion across the US. We are seeking a proven sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth. Self-motivated and solution-oriented, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership across key departments to execute our commercial strategy.

Location: Dallas, TX/ Chicago, IL

What you will do:

Project Management & Execution

• Implementation Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including system migrations, site moves, cloud onboarding, and infrastructure renovations.
• Quality & Delivery Assurance: Manage project milestones and activities to ensure strict alignment with predefined quality standards and project timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments to execute customer delivery plans smoothly and on schedule.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Client Communication: Lead customer project meetings, serve as the primary point of contact during deployment, and resolve escalated project issues or complaints.
• Technical Training: Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.
• Post-Sales Escalations: Partner with after-sales engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on existing customer networks.
• Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive technical status reports for project owners and client stakeholders.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management, system implementation, or technical delivery.
• Proficient with project tracking and modeling tools including MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gantt charts.
• Familiarity with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Dynamic, highly stress-tolerant, and adept at collaborating within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with proven experience conducting business in multi-lingual project environments.
