Project Delivery Specialist/Manager

About the role

Deliver new energy projects end to end — solar PV, energy storage, and microgrids. You will work with our Research Institute, Commercial, Logistics, Engineering & Construction, and HSE & Quality teams to bring each project in on time, on budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

What you will do

1. Own delivery end to end. Follow each project from post-contract kick-off through execution, acceptance, and handover, and build the delivery plan and milestone targets.
2. Coordinate across teams. Work with the Research Institute on technical solutions and issues, Commercial on contract terms and customer needs, Logistics on procurement, customs, and transport, Engineering & Construction on site works, and HSE & Quality on safety, quality, and environmental standards.
3. Track the schedule. Keep progress records, spot delays early, and drive corrective actions to closure.
4. Control cost and quality. Watch delivery spend against budget, join quality inspections, and follow up on rectification.
5. Look after the customer. Report progress, answer questions, and turn feedback into internal actions.
6. Keep records and manage risk. Archive plans, minutes, progress reports, and acceptance documents; log delivery risks and help prepare mitigation plans.
7. Keep learning. Build your knowledge of overseas compliance rules, local culture, and project management practice.

What you need

• Education. Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent education, training, and experience. New Energy, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, or International Trade is an advantage.
• Languages. Strong English, enough for international customers and cross-border teams. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage — you will work closely with our China-based headquarters.
• Knowledge. A basic understanding of the new energy sector and of overseas solar PV, storage, and wind projects, plus a solid grasp of core project management.
• Skills. Strong cross-team communication and follow-through, clear and careful thinking, and a collaborative, proactive attitude in a fast-paced project environment. Microsoft Office and project tools (MS Project, Gantt charts) are an advantage. Willing to travel and work on site in Romania.
