Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is a MUST.
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- 0-1year of experience in OSP projects is preferable.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Interpret civil engineering plans
