Role Purpose

We are seeking an agile and data-driven Design & Architecture Project Manager / Specialist to spearhead the spatial strategy, layout optimization, and design standardization for our high-velocity retail footprint. Proficient in AutoCAD and advanced 3D visualization, you will transform raw commercial spaces into highly efficient retail stores, dark stores, cloud kitchens, and fulfillment centers. This role bridges the gap between creative architectural design and complex operational logistics, ensuring every square foot is optimized for peak throughput and seamless workflow execution.

Core Responsibilities

1. Spatial Optimization & Layout Planning

· Design high-throughput micro-fulfillment centers, dark stores, and commercial kitchens, prioritizing operational ergonomics, picking speed, and optimal space utilization.

· Develop flawless 2D architectural blueprints in AutoCAD and produce immersive 3D renders to align leadership on spatial flow and visual concepts before construction begins.

· Map out strict equipment integration layouts, ensuring commercial kitchen hoods, heavy-duty racking, cold storage units, and electrical hubs seamlessly fit the floor plan.

2. Design Standardization & Cross-Functional Execution

· Build scalable design playbooks and turn brand guidelines into repeatable, modular architectural standards that accelerate new store opening (NSO) timelines.

· Direct material selection and zoning plans, balancing aesthetic appeal, local building compliance, and cost-effective durability.

· Collaborate intensely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to guide projects from initial site recce through construction to final operational handover.

Candidate Profile

Required Competencies

· Micro-Spatial Design: Proven ability to design for hyper-efficient, fast-paced workflows (e.g., QSR assembly lines, delivery rider dispatch zones, warehouse picking zones).

· Technical Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or V-Ray).

· Project Lifecycle Agility: Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements, material specifications, and local commercial zoning codes.

Experience & Education

· Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid technical experience in retail design, dark store layouts, quick-service restaurant (QSR) planning, or industrial supply chain infrastructure.

· Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
