Project Designer / Senior Project Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative yet technically sharp Project Designer / Senior Project Designer to bridge the gap between imaginative design and physical execution.

In this role, you will collaborate with our dynamic team to design and produce high-profile events, trade shows, and festival decorations. Leveraging your expertise, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial sketching and drafting to on-site implementation and production checks—ensuring flawless delivery every time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-caliber creative designs for events, exhibitions, trade shows, and festival decorations
• Conduct site visits and measurements, monitor setups on-site, and provide technical support during production and execution phases
• Work closely with the production team to discuss project concepts, design approaches, material selection, and structural details
• Translate creative concepts into practical, workable design schemes and technical layout plans

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Exhibition Design / Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in festival decoration, exhibition, or event project design
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related PC software
• Knowledge of Architecture / Spatial / Interior layout and the ability to draft AutoCAD technical drawings is a strong advantage
• Skillful in structural detailing and production drawing
• Willing to work on-site and handle practical, real-time project solutions during execution
• Occasional travel to China is required for production checks and collaboration with the production team
• Good team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under dynamic event environments
