Project Designer/Support

• To ensure timely preparation of requested drawings
• To ensure all plans and layouts are available and updated
• Assists in preparing drafting works in carrying out of activities needed in Aseana City
• Interprets surveys plans and prepares drawings/layouts to suit actual field conditions of the lot.
• Releases the lot restrictions plan and utility composite plan as requested by department concerned
• Safe keeps and monitors updates of all master plans of Aseana city Development plans
• Prepares technical description of surveyed lots, sketches and location map.
• Prepares other reports and drawings as required by the immediate superior.
• Performs other related duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering
• Preferably with three-year experience in cad encoding and design
• Proficient in CAD, 3D and graphics.
