Project Development Assistant Intern

About the role

As a Project Assistant Intern, you will assist the Project Manager in handling various tasks within boutique resort development. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in resort development and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct local market research for resort site selection
• Participate in project planning and implementation
• Coordinate and communicate with architectural designers
• Assist with daily administrative work

About you

• Current student (senior year or above) or recent graduate
• Background in architecture, architectural design, or related majors (backgrounds in visual arts, design, and related fields may also be considered)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Possess an international perspective and teamwork spirit
• Attention to detail, patience, and excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion is preferred
• Japanese language ability is a strong plus
• Experience in coordinating and communicating with architectural designers is a plus
