Project Development Coordinator

1. Project Development - develop new projects from concept execution: preliminary research, feasibility study, project plans and proposals.

2. Coordination - Coordinate management, internal departments, clients, consulatants, desginers, architects, contractors, suppliers, vendors and agencies.

3. Timeline and Progress - Maintain schedules and milestones, monitor daily/weekly progress, follow up pending items, escalate delays early, update management

4. Supplier and Vendor Management - Source suppliers, request and compare quotations, negotiate basic commercial terms, coordinate delivery/installation.

5. Budget and Cost Tracking - Prepare and monitor project budgets, track approved spending against budget, record Variation Orders, highlight overruns.

6. Commercial Projects - Support new business concepts, brands, services, partnerships, pop-ups, events and new outlets from idea to research to launch.

7. Construction/ Renovation - Coordinate contractors and site works: site meetings, schedules, material delivery, site records, defects and handover.

8. Documentation - Keep project records (briefs, quotations, POs, invoices, agreements, drawings, budgets, minutes, reports); prepare proposals and presentations.

9. Meetings and Problem Solving - Prepare agendas, take minutes, assign action items with owner and deadline; identify problems early, propose options, follow up until resolved.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
