PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (URGENT)

The Project Development Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within specifications, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project resources, conducting feasibility studies, monitoring project risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Project Development Manager also collaborates with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government agencies, provides regular project updates to management, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support successful project execution and overall business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, implementation schedules, timelines, and project milestones
• Conduct site evaluations, due diligence, market studies, and project feasibility assessments
• Coordinate and collaborate with design, engineering, finance, operations, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, budgets, and timelines and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage procurement activities and oversee vendor, contractor, and consultant relationships
• Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, financial models, and cash flow projections
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved specifications, quality standards, and company requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, coordination activities, and stakeholder communications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, approvals, decisions, and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate permit processing, government approvals, and compliance requirements for assigned projects
• Identify project risks, operational issues, and delays and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
• Support project turnover, operational readiness, and post-project evaluation activities
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to improve project efficiency and execution
• Perform other project development and management duties as may be assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Engineer, Architect, Project Management Professional, Real Estate Professional, or any equivalent professional qualification related to the field is an advantage
• Proven experience in project development, project management, real estate development, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning, and implementation processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and contract management
• Willing to be relocated in Cagayan de Oro City, and Mandaue City, Cebu.
