Project Development Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Conceptualize new programs, prepare concept notes, and draft work and financial plans.
• Implementation: Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure timelines are met, and manage the project's physical and financial resources.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress, conduct field visits, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Network with government units, private partners, and the community to mobilize resources and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Preferablyrequires 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, community organizing, or policy research.
• Skills: Strong technical writing, data management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to negotiate and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
