What they need
- Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing Management, or related field and has good scholastic records
- With at least 6 years of relevant experience in project coordination and development, preferably in real estate, project development and property management.
- Hands-on experience in managing the full project life cycle - from design development to implementation, monitoring and turnover - is highly desirable
- Familiarity with securing permits, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and cross functional groups in managing timeline and budgets
- Strong leadership abilities for managing teams and projects
- Recognized for reliability, integrity and a dedicated focus on achieving outstanding results
