We are currently looking for a Project Development Officer to join our team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, collaborate across functions, and make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional growth in a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.

What You'll Do

As the Project Development Officer, you will:

• Assist in the end-to-end development of real estate projects from conceptualization to turnover and close-out.

• Conduct market, financial, technical, and regulatory research to support project feasibility and evaluation.

• Develop project briefs, value propositions, and business recommendations for management review.

• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project progress.

• Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and commercial performance, and escalate issues as needed.

• Prepare and maintain project financial models, forecasts, analyses, and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on project positioning, pricing, launch requirements, and sales performance monitoring.

• Facilitate permit applications, regulatory compliance requirements, and documentation tracking.

• Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and other management documents.

• Recommend process improvements and provide solutions to project, operational, commercial, and regulatory concerns.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in project development, project coordination, planning, feasibility studies, or related functions.
• Knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle and project management processes.
• Experience in feasibility studies, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with permitting, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements for real estate projects.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, professional, and willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork as required.
