Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for project planning, execution and delivery.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers and key project personnel.
- Monitor project performance, financial results and resource utilization.
- Manage project risks, contractual and commercial matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management and contract administration.
- Professional registration is an added advantage.
