Project Director

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the overall execution of M&E projects from planning to completion.
2. Establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
3. Approve or recommend major project expenditures where required.
4. Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
6. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding commercial and contractual issues.
7. Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance.
8. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
9. Monitor overall project progress and resolve major project issues.
10. Monitor implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in M&E project management.
3. Required skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
6. Willingness to travel locally if required.

Employment Details

1. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
2. Pay: RM8,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month
3. Benefits: Health insurance
4. Schedule: Day shift
5. Working Days: Monday to Friday
6. Work Location: In person
