Project Director

JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading AI infrastructure company as they look to expand their team with a Project Director in Norway .

Responsibilities :

• Lead large-scale data centre projects through to handover to operations
• Manage cost, schedule, risk and performance
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and the supply chain across multiple countries
• Support commercial, procurement and contracting activities
• Make sure delivery meets regulatory and ESG requirements

Requirements :

• 12+ years delivering major construction projects, ideally hyperscale or mission-critical
• Degree in a related discipline
• Design-and-build or EPC experience, from concept through to commissioning
• Strong MEP and data centre construction knowledge
• Fluent English
