PROJECT DIRECTOR

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual Project In-charge on project management including all project financial matters, cash-flow, progress monitoring, and contractual issues
• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale civil projects;
• Prepare high-level reports for senior management reporting
• Oversee overall progress planning, work progress, quality and safety, and cost control of large-scale building projects
• Lead staff members on preparing works method statements and tender submission
• Perform any duties assigned by the management of Tung Lee

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Over 10 - 12 years' practical experience in civil engineering works;
• Experience in construction management of government projects is essential;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good communication skills;
• Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred;
• Applicant with less post qualification experience will be considered for Assistant Construction Manager
