Project Director

We are currently hiring multiple experienced Project Directors to join some of the leading Main Contractors across the GCC, who are each currently undertaking multiple large-scale construction projects.

The successful candidates for these positions will have proven experience within all elements of a construction project, with a hands-on approach to their work.

The Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards in line with UAE regulations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the contractor's strategic goals.
• Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams, building collaboration with clients, consultants, and government bodies to drive project efficiency and timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard profitability and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience within the construction industry, with a strong background in large-scale projects in the GCC.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience working as a Project Director for a Main Contractor.
• Minimum of 2 projects completed in a Project Director capacity.
