Responsibilities
- Supervise project managers to ensure all projects run smoothly
- Manage and motivate project teams’ members and sub-contractors
- Meet clients as a company’s representative
- Prepare presentation for project pitching
- Estimate and control budget of all projects
- Visit construction sites to ensure quality meets standard
- Foreseen and manage risks to avoid delays or major defects
- Follow up and routinely update each project’s progress to CEO
- Adapt new technology to support work and increase efficiency
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer, Architecture, Interior, Construction Management
- At least 10-years experiences in this field
- Excellent knowledge on interior design and construction technique
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously
- Effective prioritize skill
- Decision making and problem-solving skill
