Lead the end-to-end delivery of major horizontal infrastructure and community development projects. Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and execution of roads, utilities, power, and enabling works packages. Manage project consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to achieve programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with overall development goals. Drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate with internal departments, authorities, and external partners. Monitor project progress, risks, change management, and commercial performance across multiple workstreams. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance requirements, and development standards. Lead value engineering and risk management initiatives to optimize project outcomes. Provide strategic leadership to project teams while mentoring and developing direct reports. Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior management on project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Project Director should have: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience delivering large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, or major infrastructure-led projects within the GCC or comparable markets. Strong background working for leading developers, project management consultancies (PMCs), or client-side organizations. Demonstrated expertise managing horizontal infrastructure packages, including roads, utilities, power networks, and enabling works. Commercially astute leader with excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and team leadership capabilities.
