Project Document Controller

Job Brief

Terralink is recruiting Project Document Controllers on behalf of our client to support engineering-project documentation. The role involves organizing project documents, independently maintaining document registers, and working with basic CAD drawings and English-language documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain engineering-project documents and records.
• Independently create, update, and maintain project document registers.
• Prepare and update documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Read and reference basic CAD drawings when handling project documentation.
• Read, organize, and maintain English-language project documents.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma III (D3).
• 1–3 years of experience in document control for engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to independently create and maintain document registers.
• Basic ability to read CAD drawings.
• Basic English proficiency sufficient to read and manage project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering, documentation, or a related discipline.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical projects, server rooms, data centres, intelligent buildings, or testing documentation.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but is not required.
