Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With experience in document control, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Knowledge of document management systems, document registers, transmittals, and revision control.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and accurate in handling documents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Experience handling technical drawings, project specifications, reports, and construction documents is an advantage.
• Knowledge of document control platforms or systems is an advantage.
