• Ensure Quality & Compliance: You'll meticulously check all documents for accuracy and compliance with project standards, providing feedback to improve.
• Monitor Progress: Track document submissions and update the Master Document Register, helping to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage Distribution: Distribute documents to relevant parties and manage the review process, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the main contact for documentation, guiding vendors and engineers through the submission process.

Who are they looking for?

• Experienced Professionals: Candidates with 2-4 years in document control or quality assurance are ideal, but no experience is a barrier to entry.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EDMS and advanced Excel skills are crucial for managing document workflows.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and engineers.
