Project Documentation Specialist

About the Role : -

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain project-related documentation across our engineering/operations teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and easy retrieval of records.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Create, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and records
• Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Track document version control and maintain audit trails
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather and update information
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and project summaries
• Manage document repositories (physical/digital) and ensure easy accessibility
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation

Requirements : -

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in documentation, project coordination, or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple documents/projects simultaneously
