  • Site Supervision and Implementation. Supervise daily electrical construction, installation, and manpower activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and work methodologies. Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the Project Manager.
  • Planning and Progress Monitoring. Prepare weekly work plans and manpower requirements, monitor accomplishments against project schedules, report delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet project targets.
  • Technical Review and Coordination. Review electrical drawings, verify site conditions and dimensions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades. Prepare requests for information (RFIs) and monitor technical clarifications and approvals.
  • Materials and Resource Coordination. Prepare material requests based on approved requirements and schedules. Verify delivered materials for quantity, condition, and specification compliance, and monitor material usage, equipment availability, and manpower allocation.
  • Quality Control. Inspect ongoing and completed electrical works for compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning, and ensure timely rectification of defects and completion of punch-list items.
  • Safety Compliance. Coordinate with the Safety Officer on safe work procedures and permit requirements. Identify and report unsafe conditions and ensure implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
  • Site Documentation and QS Coordination. Prepare daily reports, progress photos, and accomplishment records; document site instructions, changes, and additional works; and provide verified measurements and supporting documents for quantity take-offs and variation costing. Ensure approval of changes affecting scope, cost, or schedule before implementation, and participate in project bidding when required.
  • Project Completion and Turnover. Coordinate completion of outstanding works, maintain drawing markups, and assist in preparing as-built drawings. Compile inspection records, test results, and turnover documents, and prepare supporting documents for project billing.
