  • Support compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with field personnel and office staff to support the successful execution of large-scale commercial healthcare and hospital construction projects.
  • Take a hands-on, team-oriented approach to resolving issues, managing priorities, and supporting the overall success of the project team.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects; hospital or healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project administration, change order management, cost tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Excellent accounting, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with construction management software and project cost tracking systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable working 100% on-site.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, financially astute, organized, and proactive, with experience supporting complex commercial construction projects. They understand the importance of accurate cost tracking, complete change order backup, and timely reporting.
