Project Engineer (3 Engineers Needed)

I. Job Summary

The Project Engineer supports the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects by coordinating technical activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulatioons. Works closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Foremen, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

I. Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Coordination

1. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

3. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are properly allocated.

B. Technical & Engineering Support

1. Review and interpret project drawings, designs, and specifications.

2. Provide technical guidance and resolve site engineering issues.

3. Prepare method statements and construction procedures.

4. Monitor compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

C. Quality & Safety Management

1. Implement and enforce quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.

2. Conduct inspections to ensure works meet approved standards.

3. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.

D. Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

2. Maintain records of site activities, materials used, and manpower.

3. Monitor project variations and assist in change order documentation.

E. Communication & Supervision

1. Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.

2. Conduct coordination meetings to resolve issues and align project goals.

3. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager on project status, risks, and solutions.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
