Project Engineer (Access Control) "URGENT"

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, programming, and project delivery of integrated security and smart infrastructure systems for enterprise customers across Thailand.

This role is ideal for engineering professionals who enjoy working on site-based projects, collaborating with customers, and delivering mission-critical solutions across sectors such as Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Manufacturing Facilities, Industrial Plants, and Critical Infrastructure.

The position offers exposure to advanced technologies including Access Control, CCTV, Video Surveillance, Alarm Systems, and integrated security platforms while working closely with multinational customers and project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, commission, and program security and smart infrastructure systems according to project requirements and company standards
• Support project implementation activities to ensure successful project completion within scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving during project execution
• Ensure project documentation and engineering deliverables are completed accurately
• Provide technical support and engineering consultation to internal teams and customers
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Deliver on-site system training and user guidance to customers when required
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout project execution
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, layouts, and system documentation using AutoCAD
• Support security system design activities and building layout development
• Maintain engineering standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technologies, integrated systems, networking concepts, and industry best practices
• Continuously develop expertise in emerging technologies related to smart buildings and enterprise security solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Engineering, System Engineering, ELV Engineering, Security Systems, Building Technologies, or related fields
• Basic understanding of networking, databases, IT infrastructure, and system integration concepts
• Experience with any of the following systems would be advantageous like Access Control Systems, CCTV / Video Surveillance, Alarm Systems, Integrated Security Platforms
• Exposure to technologies such as Lenel, GE, Cisco, S2, Genetec, HID, Gallagher, or similar platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Good communication skills in English & Thai
• Customer-oriented mindset with willingness to work on project sites
