Project Engineer - AI & Robotics

What you will do:

• Coordinate humanoid robotics projects from proof-of-concept (POC) through deployment, testing, training, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables based on customer and business requirements.
• Work closely with customers, Sales/BD, Engineering, Operations, and technology partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable requirements for Engineering.
• Monitor project progress, resources, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate robotics demonstrations, POCs, deployment, testing, commissioning, training, and handover activities.
• Work with Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, identify limitations, and develop practical solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Manage customer expectations regarding project requirements, timelines, and technical capabilities.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, action items, and risk and issue logs.
• Gather customer feedback and lessons learned to improve project delivery processes and robotics applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment practices, project processes, and internal standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project engineering, project management, robotics, automation, system integration, or a related technical environment.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Technical knowledge or experience in robotics, AI, automation, system integration, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for POCs, deployment, testing, and other project activities when required.
• Strong interest in AI, robotics, and emerging technologies.
