Project Engineer - Aluminum/Facade

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day façade project engineering activities.
• Review architectural, structural, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor façade installation progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, BIM, Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Site teams.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, RFIs, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor material requirements, fabrication schedules, deliveries, and site installation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation issues.
• Ensure façade works meet required quality, safety, and project standards.
• Track project progress and provide regular technical and progress reports.
• Assist with project planning, variations, measurements, and quantity verification.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, and final handover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, or building envelope projects.
• UAE/GCC façade experience is mandatory .
• Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, windows, and doors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Good understanding of façade drawings, technical specifications, and installation methodologies.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site team
