Project Operation Engineer - Data Center x 1 Position

Responsible for project implement, programming, testing, commissioning CPMS, BMS and other solutions. system operate training, project handover to customer.

• Planning, and determine available resources to finish installation, commissioning on-time and align with customer project master schedule.
• Manage day-to-day project planning and engineering activities.
• Site survey, gathering customer enquiry and expectation to understand customer need.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, manage reports and necessary documentation.

Service Engineer - Data Center x 1 Position

To plan and dispatch service jobs, monitor, coordinate, and manage service activities for Chiller and AHU-FCU products in accordance with the company’s standard processes.

• Manage contractors and respond promptly to customer requests.

• Remain on standby to handle phone calls throughout the 24-hour shift, ensuring that the First Response and initial action are provided within the agreed timeframe.

• Analyze and assess the severity of service cases, record case information, summarize technical issues, and provide technical advice to customers when equipment malfunctions occur. Recommend appropriate and effective repair solutions to customers.

• Plan, control, and execute maintenance activities according to the scheduled cycle to prevent potential equipment failures.

• Review Preventive Maintenance (PM) reports to assess risks and develop maintenance plans in advance to prevent actual equipment failures through Predictive Maintenance.

• Manage and coordinate the required spare parts to ensure readiness and availability for service operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Project Operations Engineer: Experience in M&E Engineering, Data Center, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Service Engineer: Experience in Chiller and HVAC service and maintenance, particularly in Data Center environments, is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Chillers, AHU-FCU, HVAC systems, and cooling solutions.
• Good command of English with strong communication skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide 24-hour standby/on-call support when required.
