Project Engineer 項目工程師 / Assistance Engineer 工程師助理 - HVAC / CHILLER

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary HKD 23,500 to HKD 35,000
• 12 month basic salary + year-end performance bonus
• 5+1 days work, Subject to project stage and site requirements

Responsibilities:

• On-site Execution & Supervision: Lead on-site installation, maintenance, and T&C for MVAC systems (Chiller, BMS, Electrical); Must be hands-on in solving technical issues.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with schedules and drawings.
• Document Submission: Assist in preparing Shop Drawings, Equipment Submissions, and Method Statements.
• Daily Management: Supervise site workers’ performance and safety; Ensure clear daily reporting and handovers. - Meeting Attendance: Participate in site coordination meetings to resolve immediate on-site conflicts.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services or related discipline) if perferred
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in MVAC services
• Familiar with Chiller, BMS, Electrical or Air-Conditioning System is a plus
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including CAD / Microsoft Applications
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Initiative, independent, responsible and a good team player
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)

職責範圍：

• 現場執行與督導： 領導 MVAC 系統（包括冷水系統、樓宇管理系統 BMS、電氣系統）的現場安裝、維護及測試與調試（T&C）；必須具備基本解決現場技術問題的能力。
• 項目協調： 與客戶、顧問及分包商保持聯絡，確保工程進度符合進度表及圖則要求。
• 文件申報： 協助準備施工圖（Shop Drawings）、設備提交（Equipment Submissions）及施工方案（Method Statements）。
• 日常管理： 監督現場工人的表現及施工安全；確保每日進度匯報及工作交接清晰明確。
• 會議參與： 出席地盤協調會議，以即時解決現場突發衝突或問題。

入職要求：

• 學歷： 持有工程相關文憑 / 學位（機械、樓宇設備或相關學科優先）。
• 經驗： 具備 2-3 年 MVAC 服務相關工作經驗。
• 技術： 熟悉冷水系統、樓宇管理系統 (BMS)、電氣或空調系統者優先考慮。
• 電腦技能： 熟練掌握電腦知識，包括 AutoCAD 及 Microsoft 應用程式。
• 語言能力： 具備良好的英語及粵語口語與書面表達能力。
• 個人特質： 處事主動、獨立、具備高度責任感及良好的團隊合作精神。
• 資歷： 必須持有有效建造業安全訓練證書（綠卡）。
