Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer - Modernization Division

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing?

• Dealing and negotiation with Owners, Property Management Company, Architect, Consultant and Contractor for sales inquiries;
• Handling of modernization inquiries, budget calculation, cost review, modernization proposal preparation, tender submission and sales contract preparation;
• Perform sales engineering studies;
• Carry out site survey for lift condition and logistic arrangement;
• Handle technical enquires including factory's enquires, site issues, client requests, implement measures to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction;
• Prepare technical specifications, sales orders, purchase requisition and check the drawings complied with factory standard and customer's requirement;
• Liaise with internal & external clients for the work program and job progress;
• Prepare for material submission and get approval;
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure material arrangement and smooth project execution.

Who are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience in lift modernization project will be an advantage; Fresh graduates will be considered;
• ood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
