About the Role

Our client is a premier main contractor in Hong Kong, recognized for delivering marquee building and infrastructure developments. Driven by strategic expansion, they are seeking dynamic Project Engineers and Assistant Project Engineers to drive E&M and building services delivery across high-profile, mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-site Building Services and E&M installation works, ensuring strict alignment with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Review: Evaluate shop drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and material compliance documentation.
• Testing & Commissioning: Support T&C activities, proactively identifying and resolving complex site coordination challenges.
• Project Governance: Prepare progress updates, technical reports, and maintain key project documentation.
• Resource & Cost Control: Assist in schedule management, budget oversight, and resource allocation to guarantee target delivery milestones.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant contractor-side experience in E&M or Building Services project execution.
• Project Exposure: Prior exposure to data centers, healthcare, commercial developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
• Technical Mastery: Solid foundation in E&M systems, T&C procedures, and on-site coordination.
• Attributes: Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, structured execution, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Engineer role.
