Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer (Fire Services)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer (Fire Services) to join our dynamic team at Galaxy Engineers Limited. This is a full-time position based in Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong District. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of our fire services engineering projects, contributing to the success and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide technical support and assistance in the design, planning, and implementation of fire services engineering projects
2. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects
3. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
4. Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and identify and resolve any technical issues that arise
5. Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and budgets
6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to fire services engineering

What we're looking for

1. A degree or diploma in Engineering, with a specialisation in Project Engineering or related field
2. Relevant experience in the Fire Services Engineering industry, preferably in a similar role
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of fire services engineering principles, design, and regulations
4. Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
7. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
