A key part of this role is helping leverage Baker Waters’ self-perform capabilities — giving our teams greater control over schedule, cost, and craftsmanship. This role is integral to the construction and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants, water reclamation facilities, and water treatment systems, with a strong emphasis on self-perform construction.

Assist in preparing proposals and owner change order requests, including pricing of self-perform work.

Maintain “As-Built” drawings and prepare project close-out documentation.

Collect and organize O&M manuals, guarantees, and warranties.

Help maximize efficiency and quality through effective use of self-perform work.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in water/wastewater construction or related heavy civil work.

BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
