Project Engineer (BTS Phra Khanong)

Position: Project Engineer

Reports to: Country Manager

Location: Bangkok Head Office (BTS Phra Khanong – close to W district)

Work Condition: Monday - Friday (5 Days/Week)

Main Objectives:

·       As Project Engineer at Fitness24Seven Thailand, you will play a key role in ensuring that our gyms deliver an exceptional member experience through high-standard construction, renovation, and maintenance. You will lead construction and refurbishment projects across all sites, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and take responsibility for proactively managing all construction/renovation related matters.

Role & Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage all new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed cost and time parameters

·       Produce accurate and professional decision documentation for each project including cost estimates, ROI, technical evaluations, room descriptions, and drawings

·       Coordinate and secure cost-effective and high-quality supplier agreements and construction contracts

·       Act as the main point of contact between landlords, property owners, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders

·       Plan and distribute maintenance tasks to local handymen, ensuring high quality and timely resolution of issues across all sites

·       Ensure effective coordination and communication between suppliers and site managers to support smooth execution of projects

·       Develop, update and communicate Fitness24Seven’s construction manual and technical standards with both internal teams and external partners

·       Take ownership of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) issues across all sites, ensuring the right solutions are implemented

·       Resolve technical issues related to IT equipment in coordination with internal teams and external vendors

·       Drive and develop cost-saving initiatives across all construction and maintenance activities (such as electricity saving initiatives, preventative maintenance of machinery)

·       Plan and prepare the annual budget for renovations and actions required to ensure a consistently high-quality gym experience

·       Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs and take action to continuously improve project performance and operational quality
