Project Engineer (Building Automation / BMS / HVAC)

• Position: Project Engineer (Building Automation / BMS / HVAC)
• Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
• Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Building Automation / BMS / HVAC Controls

Main Responsibilities:

• Support conceptual and detailed design of mechanical, electrical and BMS engineering works.
• Assist in project planning, budget control and project execution.
• Coordinate with main contractors and other contractors on BMS installation works.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work quality and project standards are met.
• Prepare site progress reports and project documentation, including method statements.
• Ensure timely project handover while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure relevant installation drawings are available and properly used on site.
• Review non-conformities and determine suitable corrective actions.
• Resolve technical issues related to installation, testing and commissioning.
• Support successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant project management or engineering experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in BMS, building automation or data centre projects will be advantageous.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Comfortable handling site coordination, documentation and project follow-up.
• Willing to travel for work assignments when required.
